New Training Manager is appointed at Hamble Heights

Specialist care home in the Southampton area welcomes Alexandra Smith as Training Manager

Hamble Heights, the leading care home in the Southampton region from Tender LifeCare (TLC), has appointed a new Training Manager, Alexandra Smith, to establish all aspects of TLC as “best in class” at Hamble Heights.

The new role of the Training Manager is to ensure that there is an ongoing training programme that reflects the learning and development objectives of staff within Tender LifeCare. Working closely with Rosemarie Kuah, the Home Manager, Alexandra will identify, deliver and manage the training needs at Hamble Heights. She is responsible for distilling and embedding “The TLC culture”, including the creation of standard operating practices, literature and training champions.
