Exciting Opportunities in Work that Matters

Better pay, more flexibility, rewarding work

We pride ourselves on the amazing people who work at each of our care homes. Our teams are integral to making the everyday a special day for residents.

At Encore, we are dedicated to making every person feel unique and cared for. A smile has a ripple effect throughout a care home. When our teams are happy, so are our residents. As such, we value and reward our staff because we know that if our teams feel appreciated and joyful each day, then in turn, so will our residents.

You take care of our residents, and we take care of you.

We deliver great rates of pay, flexible working hours, training and ongoing development, and a long, long list of benefits…

Care encompasses the mind, body and spirit – both in terms of receiving care AND providing care. As such, we realise the importance of a healthy work-life balance for our staff, and spending time with family and friends.

Do you want to take back more time for yourself? At Encore, we offer flexible working hours to help our staff fit work around their busy lives.

Do you feel under-paid and under-valued for the job you do? We believe in good pay and rewards for a hard day’s work.

Do you want to find work that matters? Our staff are members of an extended family, not only to the team, but also to residents and their loved ones. Turn your everyday job into an extraordinary one and make every moment matter at Encore Care Homes!
