Our fantastic teams took part in a national charity initiative to bring some festive cheer to our residents.
Care home staff take part in Christmas Jumper Day
As part of the UK-wide Christmas Jumper Day campaign organised by Save the Children, our teams and some of our residents dressed up in brightly coloured jumpers, hats, antlers, scarves, glasses, and even some ‘elf shoes’.
It was all for the national cause which takes place on the second Friday of December each year to raise money for the charity.
The activity is one of the many different events that our wonderful Wellbeing teams have organised in the lead-up to Christmas, which include ‘Get Fit with Santa’, Christmas cooking, live music performances, and a Christmas disco.
