We hit the Heights according to CQC

On 9th June, Hamble Heights received a random visit by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) just to check how our Southampton care home (Fareham) was performing. That report has now been produced and to say we are pleased is an understatement.

The CQC reviewed every area of our care; from our tailored care plans to our great food, our cleaning to our dementia and nursing processes. Every single area assessed, we passed with flying colours. We even spoke to them about some of the new processes we want to put in place – for example customer satisfaction surveys – which they noted and praised us for. Hamble Heights aims to be considered the number one Southampton care home, as well as on the South Coast, and this report demonstrates how we are delivering an exemplary level of expert care – dementia, nursing and residential.

You can have a read of the Hamble Heights CQC report on the CQC website.
