April Newsletter

There are lots of exciting activities happening at Hamble Heights this month, including sing-alongs, a classical guitarist and a miniature donkey!

Last month saw the big celebration of our resident, Iris Mary Goodall’s 100th birthday – with special guest, the Mayor of Fareham!

April also has a number of exciting activities coming-up!  Residents have been mesmerized by the arrival of our Easter chicks!  10 fluffy yellow chicks began to hatch just before the Easter weekend and have provided endless entertainment for residents and staff.

After Mr Cheddar, the miniature Shetland Pony, proved to be a roaring success with residents last time, on 20th April we will be welcoming miniature donkey, Mr Kipling to Hamble Heights!

There will be opportunities to enjoy sing-alongs, classical guitarist, Lily the PAT dog, and a visit to the local pub once a week throughout April.  There will also be a Methodist Church service held on the ground floor at Hamble Heights tomorrow, for those residents that would like to attend.
