Clinical Lead Nurse

As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will lead the delivery of a quality and comprehensive dementia care and nursing care. It is a hands-on role with the opportunity to spend time with residents and staff. You will have dedicated management time to ensure the effective running and allocation of work to a team of Registered Nurses and Healthcare Assistants.

It is not essential that you have experience in a care home environment, but it is important that you live our values.

Registered Nurses

As a Registered Nurse, your focus will be to support our residents by providing consultancy and guidance for your colleagues to improve the quality of care we deliver. You will be responsible for the clinical assessment of our residents, ensuring appropriate care is planned, implemented, and evaluated.

  • You will maintain all clinical records and provide verbal and written feedback appropriately and as required.
  • You must hold a valid NMC Registration and be able to demonstrate principles of accountable practice as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
  • You must be competent across a range of nursing skills, supported by clinical knowledge and the ability to effectively communicate and work within a team.

Mobile Working Contracts

Earn £2 per hour more by being flexible and working across any of our care homes.

If you have transport and are happy to share your expertise with the teams across our four homes in Dorset and Hampshire, we have the ideal opportunity for you in our Mobile Working team.

Our Mobile Working opportunities are permanent contracts on either a part-time or full-time basis. Your mileage is paid at 25p per mile when you travel further than your nearest home.

Mobile Working positions will enjoy the variety of working across all four of our homes. However, this will be by arrangement and under strict adherence to COVID-19 government regulations. The role will be block-booked at a fixed location for a set period. Subsequently, the position will be located at another home for a fixed number of weeks. Weekly COVID-19 testing will continue to take place, as well as swift implementation of any new government guidelines.
The travel element within this role is subject to change at short notice in response to local COVID-19 outbreak status, public health and government guidance.
