Two hard-working members of the team at Hamble Heights, have been recognised and rewarded for their commitment and loyal service to the home over the past five years.
Carita Chance, one of our Health Care Assistants, and Colin White, who is part of our maintenance team, received a £500 bonus each in recognition of their hard work and dedication at Hamble Heights.
This was the fourth set of 5-Year Service Awards to be achieved at Hamble Heights; with 13 other team members being recognised in the last two years at Hamble Heights.
Lindsay Rees, Director of Health and Care, made a speech to thank Carita and Colin for their hard work and commended the extra efforts being made by the whole Hamble Heights team throughout the Covid pandemic.
A presentation of a cheque for £500 each was made by Lindsay to each of the two team members with the celebration featuring drinks, nibbles and cake for the residents and team.
