Sara Muslin

Home Manager, Great Oaks

I’m looking for a nurse who could be my new Clinical Lead

It’s a great opportunity to develop your management skills while also being able to really get to know the people you are nursing. As an ex district nurse myself, I know that having the time to nurse, is what drew us into nursing in the first place. Here’s what we can offer you:

  • The opportunity to provide hands on care
  • Lead on procedures and be our expert when working alongside other care professionals
  • Develop your skills and specialism as a nurse
  • Be a role model and bring on other staff in your team
  • Have the opportunity to influence what goes on within the home and future improvements

You’ll be part of the home’s management team and together with the Home Manager, you’ll be driving it forward as we work to provide the very best care. We invest in our people and have developed an award-winning leadership development programme, which you can benefit from.

If you’d like to know more, call me directly or email with your details.

Can you help us think differently?

The new role of Clinical Lead was created because our Home Managers told us what was and wasn’t working. It was their suggestion for a better model going forwards that frees nurses up to nurse and takes some of the administrative load off their shoulders.

It’s an example of how we want to think differently about every aspect of care, from how we do things, to how staff are valued and want to stay with us. We’re looking for people who are expert and experienced and who can help us redefine what care is all about. If that person is you, please get in touch today.
