Develop & Progress

At Encore Care Homes, we continually train and develop our staff so that they can provide the very highest standard of care to our residents. We also want our team to develop their skillset and progress in their role.

As such, we offer you the opportunity to become a Champion or Lead within an Encore Care Home within a variety of specialist areas. The role would run alongside your existing one and we give you the time to develop and listen to your ideas for improvement.
