Our Healthcare Assistants are fundamental to providing the care we deliver and the wellbeing of our residents.
Healthcare Assistants assist in the delivery of care, which is planned and assessed by Senior Healthcare Assistants and Registered Nurses, by directly providing practical, physical, social, and emotional care.
Whether you are an experienced carer, or you are new to the care sector, we will provide you with all the support and training that you need to develop your career in care.
We believe brilliant care starts with brilliant people and we are looking for Registered Nurses to come and join our team. Our nurses support our residents by providing consultancy and guidance for your colleagues to improve the quality of care we deliver.
They are responsible for the clinical assessment of our residents, ensuring appropriate care is planned, implemented, and evaluated.
While we are always looking for fantastic Nurses and Carers, there are many other essential roles in the team that make sure our care homes operate smoothly and successfully.
Those roles include welcoming visitors to our home and supporting the home’s residents and management team, cooking freshly prepared delicious meals for our residents, and keeping the home well-maintained and adhering to all the relevant safety regulations to ensure we are offering a safe and comfortable home for everyone who lives and works there.

You can choose from a 12, 24 or 36 hour contract, to suit your lifestyle. Overtime is available, and if it takes you over 36 hours per week, a shift bonus is payable.
Part time – from 12 hours per week
Full time – 36 hours per week

*Welcome Bonus T&Cs: Healthcare Assistant – you’ll receive £500 after 6 months’ successful service (subject to completion of probation), followed by a further £500 after 1 years’ successful service. Registered Nurse – you’ll receive £500 after 6 months’ service (subject to completion of probation), followed by £500 after 1 year’s successful service, plus another £1,000 after 18 months, and a further £1,000 after 2 years’ successful service.
