Employee of the month

We acknowledge when our staff do a brilliant job. Nominated by their co-workers, residents and families, we reward the chosen Employee of the Month with a monetary award.

Employee of the year

For each home, an employee will be chosen that has shown dedication to the company and an outstanding performance in their role. Awarded the honour of Employee of the Year, this individual will receive a certificate and a monetary reward in recognition of all their hard work.

Shining star of the year

We recognise those that go that ‘extra mile’. As a well-deserved “thank you for doing a fantastic job”, the Home Manager awards two payments during the year of £75 in gift vouchers to members of the team that have proven to be real ‘shining stars’.
